Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities regain function and vitality. The BHU offers a supportive environment where you can make a difference in the lives of patients. This full-time position involves a day shift schedule with weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient care and education.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS CPR Card.
- Knowledge of nursing process, critical thinking skills, and medical equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
