Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe and age-appropriate patient care in a specialized environment catering to older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide patient care and education based on the care plan.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in medical terminologies and nursing process skills.
