Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a Weekend Commitment on the day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. As a Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe and age-appropriate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and document patient care plans.
- Implement and provide care and education based on care plans.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, medical terminology, and nursing process skills.
