Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with neurocognitive disorders, and implement comprehensive care plans to maximize quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to families.
- Evaluate and document patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS CPR Card.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
