Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in developing and implementing personalized care plans for patients with neurocognitive disorders. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on the day shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and document individualized care plans.
- Implement care and education based on the care plan.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing processes.
