Job Description
We are currently looking for an Experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment during day shifts. The Brain Health Unit focuses on providing specialized care to older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Evaluate and document patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing process.
