Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment during day shifts. As a Staff Nurse in our Brain Health Unit, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing specialized care for older patients with neurocognitive disorders. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and document individualized care plans.
- Implement care, provide patient education, and evaluate outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical terminology.
