Job Description
We are looking for an experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Brain Health Unit, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and developing individualized care plans. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment during the day shift in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and document personalized care plans.
- Implement care, education, and treatments based on care plans.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
- Maryland RN License and American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide safe patient care.
