Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Brain Health Unit, you will provide safe and age-appropriate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure quality outcomes for patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide care and education to patients and families.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
