Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position in Baltimore, MD, offers a Sign-On Bonus Potential of $20,000 with a Day shift schedule from 7:00am to 7:30pm, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing safe and age-appropriate patient care while serving as a resource for patients and families.
Unit Summary
The Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital specializes in caring for older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities. With two units and a total bed capacity of 60, our team focuses on creating a safe environment that promotes recovery and well-being. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures each patient receives personalized care and support.
Job Summary
In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, implement care and education strategies, and evaluate outcomes. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, medical terminology, and nursing process skills.
- Critical thinking abilities and familiarity with medical equipment.
