Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position with a weekend commitment offers an opportunity to work in a specialty hospital providing care to older patients with neurocognitive disorders. As a Staff Nurse in the Brain Health Unit, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting and treating patients to maximize their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and document care and education based on the care plan.
- Evaluate and document patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills, and medical terminology.
