Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves working day shifts with weekend commitments from 7:00am-7:30pm. As a Staff Nurse at the Brain Health Unit, you will be part of a specialized team focused on providing safe and age-appropriate patient care to older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and document patient assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Implement care and education based on plans.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS CPR Card.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical terminology.
- Strong critical thinking and nursing process skills.
