Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on day shift (7:00am - 7:30pm) as a Staff Nurse. The Brain Health Unit specializes in providing care for older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities, offering a safe environment and personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing practices.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- Valid American Heart Association BLS CPR Card and Maryland RN License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, medical terminology, and nursing process skills.
