Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide care, education, and support based on the plan of care.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
