Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will be working in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing safe and age-appropriate patient care. The Brain Health Unit specializes in caring for older patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities, offering a unique opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide patient care, education, and support.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS CPR Card.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
