Job Title: Experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - Brain Health Unit
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment on day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Unit Summary
The Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital is dedicated to providing specialized care for older patients with neurocognitive disorders. With a total bed capacity of 60, the unit focuses on creating a safe environment for patients with medical co-morbidities. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement sustainable care plans that enhance patients' quality of life.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families.
- Evaluate and document nursing practice outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical terminology.
