We are seeking an Expert Generative AI Prompt Engineer to join our forward-thinking team at Nestlé Purina. Responsibilities
- Innovative Prompt Design: Develop and refine advanced prompts to maximize the efficacy and creativity of AI responses.
- Solution Development: Utilize generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilots and ChatGPT to create practical, scalable solutions for diverse business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
- AI Strategy Formulation: Contribute to the development of strategies to leverage generative AI for organizational growth and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Educate and train internal teams on best practices and methodologies of interacting with AI systems.
- Continuous Learning: Stay aware of the latest developments in AI and prompting techniques to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of professional experience in language and human-computer interaction fields.
- 1+ years of experience working with AI-driven tools and platforms.
- 1+ year of experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5, XLNet, etc.).
Compensation
The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $175,000.00. Nestlé Purina offers performance-based incentives, a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and various other benefits.
