Facility Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Facility Management Specialist to join GoldenWolf, LLC and work with the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. As a Facility Management Specialist, you will provide support for a comprehensive Facility Management Program, including project requirements, scope development, technical assistance, and coordination of activities.

Responsibilities

• Determine project requirements for new construction, repairs, and alterations.
• Develop project scope information, statements of work, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist in developing Maintenance Action Plans and long-range planning for projects.
• Provide engineering assistance and facilities administration support.
• Coordinate Real Property Installed Equipment information for accuracy.
• Perform site assessments to prioritize work action based on facility conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Security Clearance Requirements: Secret or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
• 5-10 years of technical experience with Real Property Systems.
• Experience in DOD Facility Management processes and CMMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience OR 10 years experience as a facility manager.
• Specialized experience in maintenance program management.
