Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to a diverse underserved patient population.
- Work in collaboration with a team of providers and lead a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant.
- Take complete medical histories, diagnose and treat common medical problems, manage acute and chronic illnesses, and provide patient education and counseling.
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner with minimum 3 years of primary care experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a provider group.
- Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island with BLS certification.
- Experience in community health setting preferred.
