Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule Field Service Technicians to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue and operational efficiency while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, third-party contractors, and customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule technician routes to meet operational and sales targets.
• Coordinate job scheduling, equipment availability, and shipping times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related matters with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues promptly and proactively.
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion.
• Continuously improve work planning and control processes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of dispatch and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the security industry is a plus.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
