Field Solutions Engineer II - Channel

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Solutions Engineer II with a focus on Hybrid/Cloud and Managed Services (CMS), and Large Retail Colocation at Flexential. As a Field Solutions Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical expertise to the National Sales Team by interacting directly with prospects, creating complex web, application, database, virtualization, and storage architectures to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will support regional partner development, attend sales meetings, and design tailored solutions for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Partner development and technical enablement.
• Architecting Cloud and Managed Services solutions for new customers.
• Providing technical drawings and designs of CMS Solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
• Creating complete documentation for implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• 6-9 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to design and explain solutions for business and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical expertise and success in the managed IT services field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and IT security best practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office and remotely.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary

Estimated annual salary range: $120,000 - $140,000. Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications.
