Job Description

We are excited to welcome a Field Tech 1 to our team at Holland Pump Company. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact with our customers, showcasing the quality equipment and customer service that define Holland Pump. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair small diesel engines and pumps.
• Install, configure, and maintain Holland Pump equipment.
• Deliver, set up, and instruct customers on equipment use.
• Document user requests, maintain inventory, and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
