Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Process Analyst to join Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC. As a key member of the Finance department, you will oversee daily operations, reconcile financial transactions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient check distribution and accurate banking transactions for the Florida College Savings Plan. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage check/ACH distribution and banking transactions.
- Prepare and review various reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Create and maintain departmental reports and assist in audit procedures.
- Communicate with leadership to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Minimize financial risk by implementing controls and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of experience in business process analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial/mathematical skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-service oriented.
