We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience while maximizing studio and group fitness usage. Your role involves building and maintaining competitive class schedules, recruiting top talent, and ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent to ensure schedules are appropriately staffed with instructors and coaches.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Drive studio and group fitness attendance through effective management and coaching.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by executing flawless programming and ensuring clean, safe spaces.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and support.
• Create an environment that promotes enthusiasm, passion, and community among team members and members alike.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness studio management or group fitness leadership.
• Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certifications in relevant fitness disciplines are a plus.
