Job Description
Join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), where you will play a crucial role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness programs. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and achieving financial targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement for STUDIO and Group Fitness programs.
- Analyze performance and drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance to meet or exceed financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining clean and safe facilities, executing marketing events, and ensuring flawless programming execution.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of STUDIO/TEAM Coaches and Group Fitness Instructors to meet VASA's core values and quality standards.
- Create an engaging, motivating, and community-driven environment that fosters enthusiasm and passion for fitness.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving program attendance and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to recruit and develop top talent.
- Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional experiences.
