Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that create community.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness instruction or team management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
