We are excited to announce an opportunity to join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, focusing on maximizing studio and group fitness usage.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, ensuring STUDIO and group fitness attendance.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and flawless execution of initiatives.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes and coaching sessions.
- Create connections and foster a culture that embodies our core values, providing exceptional customer service.
