Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging fitness experience, promoting inclusivity and community within our studio and group fitness spaces.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and cultivate top talent to drive member engagement and maximize studio usage.
- Work with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain competitive and on-trend class schedules while ensuring exceptional member experiences.
- Train, mentor, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches to deliver high-quality classes.
- Uplift and motivate members through high-energy classes that foster community and connection.
