Join the VASA Fitness team as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As a GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and uplifting fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit talent to ensure schedules are optimally staffed.
- Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by ensuring clean and safe spaces, flawless execution of initiatives, and ongoing training.
- Lead by example, build strong relationships, and support instructor development.
- Uplift and motivate members through high-energy classes and community building.
