Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in offering an inclusive, accessible, and trendy fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing studio and group fitness utilization, recruiting and staffing, achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional experiences, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent to ensure schedules are appropriately staffed.
- Drive studio and group fitness attendance through effective management of class schedules.
- Ensure all equipment and technology are well-maintained and playbooks are executed flawlessly.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support for instructor development.
- Create a culture that embodies VASA's core values and fosters accountability.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
