Job Description
Join our team at VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
- Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and all programming is executed flawlessly.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and evaluations.
- Create an exceptional member experience by delivering high-energy classes and fostering community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Certifications in fitness training or group exercise are a plus.
