We are hiring a talented FOH Manager to lead and manage the front of house operations at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As the FOH Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to oversee staff, maintain quality standards, and uphold regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily operations for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance throughout the establishment.
• Ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper record-keeping and prepare reports for management.
• Manage shifts, staff performance, safety regulations, and overall restaurant image.
• Promote staff education on products and hospitality standards.
