Responsibilities
- Support servers and kitchen staff in delivering plated orders to guests.
- Ensure plate presentation according to Silver Diner specifications.
- Maintain communication between front-of-house and heart-of-house associates.
- Uphold brand standards and SMG scoring criteria.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
