Job Description
We are looking for a FSQR Technician to join Cargill, a global team committed to safe, responsible, and sustainable ways to nourish the world. This position is within Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide high-quality food products to various customers. As a FSQR Technician, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality specifications, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform monitoring duties to ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
- Correlate with production to address out-of-spec parameters professionally.
- Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
- Ability to work with hand tools and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing.
- Previous Cargill experience.
- Recent work history within the past 12 months.
