Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appropriate stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
