Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in supervising daily store operations, optimizing performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through effective training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Ensure compliance with company values and promote teamwork among employees.
- Monitor the competitive environment and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Provide product feedback and assist in the interviewing process.
- Maintain inventory procedures, handle products, and manage cash policies.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail and preferably in a management role.
