Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to support team growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Management experience is a plus.
