Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. You'll be responsible for developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
