Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a growth-oriented environment for the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations to maintain market position.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
