Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. This role involves assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, creating operational action plans, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Experience in budget management and personnel costs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
