Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to ensure store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
