Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the store operations, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the store team to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities
- Provide product feedback to management and make recommendations for product offerings.
- Supervise and lead the team to ensure compliance with customer satisfaction guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.
- Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by identifying and addressing hazards.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring they understand their job responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Adhere to ALDI ACTS Competencies by planning, driving for success, focusing on the customer, and leading and aligning the team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
- Ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise.
- Capability to place products on shelving at different heights.
