Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team at Bishop Gadsden on James Island. The ideal candidate will have advanced professional kitchen experience and be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold food items under the direction of our Executive Chef. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in food preparation techniques.
- Prepare and assemble hot entrees, sandwiches, sauces, and vegetables with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree is a plus.
- 2 years of professional experience as a line cook preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various kitchen tasks.
