Job Description

We are excited to announce a Full-Time LPN position for Champaign County in Urbana, OH at CRSI. As an integral part of our team, you will provide in-home developmental disability services for adults. Your responsibilities will include assessing, administering medications, treating illnesses and injuries, communicating with physicians, and participating in Admission and Discharge planning.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN License
• Driver's License, Valid Insurance, & HS Diploma/GED Required

Compensation

• Starting pay of $26.50/hr
• $3000 sign-on bonus
• $3000 referral bonus
• Paid Training
