Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Time Painter to join our team at Bishop Gadsden, a renowned life care retirement community in a picturesque setting on James Island near Charleston. As a Full Time Painter, you will be responsible for executing interior and exterior painting projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality finish.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks using professional methods.
• Repair and prepare surfaces for painting, including minor drywall patching.
• Maintain supplies and meet painting schedules as per facility requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work in a safe manner at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals effectively and professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in professional painting and minor drywall repairs.
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
