Job Description
As a Full Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to deliver a top-tier shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and uphold cash policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain security, and perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Capable of interpreting and applying policies, with excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
- Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
