Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Prior retail experience preferred
