Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred
