Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised and stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. This role involves collaborating with team members, communicating effectively with management, and upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
