Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed as a Store Associate at ALDI.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
